WHAT IS THE LTAC ACADEMY? (Lead. Teamwork. Accountability, Character.) 

LTAC is an innovative, student-led, leadership training program and system that builds high-production cultures in organizations, teams, and schools through project-based learning, advisory support, and professional learning. 

 

WHAT MAKES LTAC DIFFERENT?

LTAC is a year-round framework combining a unique blend of restorative practices, leadership training, advisory services, intervention techniques, point/reward system and professional learning year-round for educators, administrators, and coaches by our nation's most accomplished leaders.

 

HOW DO YOU IMPLEMENT?

• All Student Organizations and DAEP with Transition wrap around services.

• May be utilized in established TEA/PEIMS approved courses in your master schedule such as Problems and Solutions, General Employability Skills 

• Flexible Framework: Can be taught simultaneously with Industry-Based Certifications such as Project Management and Entrepreneurship.

• Can be taught Before or After School and/or during Advisory Periods. 

• LTAC provides next-level character and leadership development for students who already exhibit potential in the areas of Academics, Conduct, Community Involvement, Leadership and Performance.  

• Advisor-facilitated, peer-led program that develops self-efficacy and critical thinking in students. 

• Funding: Qualifies for Title1, CTE Weighted Funding, 21st Century Grant, ESSER  

 

WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME?

Each lesson is provided to you in our system to be taught at your convenience 20-30 minutes 1-2x per week.
