VP MANAGING DIRECTOR EDUCATION PRACTICE
John leads the Center's Education practice including product management, development, research and data analysis.
As Superintendent of Schools, John has led innovatve intiatives to answer complex problems for students in poverty stricken schools. He was one of the first to create a community-wide broadband to deliver equitable access to education for his entire district both in school and at home.

He was also the first superintendent to work with the Tomlinson Center in its design of the DAEP solution which has yielded double digit growth in attendance and reduction in recidivism in these most challenged students.

Aubrey provides invaluable battlefield and real world experience in developing leaders through mentoring, coaching, public speaking and helping drive the overall strategic direction of our Instructor Corps, curriculum, and program development.
He brings unique perspectives on the challenges of Low Socio Economic families and our youth having grown up and endured extreme hardship in Fort Worth's Como and Houston's Third Ward neighborhoods making him a perfect coach in overcoming adversity and developing mental resilience.
Married with 10 children, McDade is one of the most decorated Marines in the last 20 years, then Sergeant McDade was awarded the Navy Cross for extraordinary heroism for actions on the night of November 11, 2004, during the Second Battle of Fallujah.

DERRICKSCOTT
VP HUMAN PERFORMANCE
As Vice President Human Performance, Coach Scott aligns lessons and methods installing high production cultures on sports teams while on the staffs of Hall of Fame Coaches Mack Brown and Jeff "Mad Dog" Madden to high school coaches across the nation.
Coach Scott completed seven seasons with the Texas Longhorns football team, where he assisted in training and motivating student athletes to become peak performers. While at Texas, Coach Scott helped the Longhorns win one National Championship, two Big 12 Championships, and four bowl games. He has also worked with and mentored top draft choices like Brian Orakpo, Vince Young, Aaron Ross, Earl Thomas, Jamaal Charles, and Roy Miller.

While at Texas, Coach Scott earned two more National Championships in Volleyball and Track as a strength coach.

Derrick ,born in Beaumont, TX, played tight end for the Texas Longhorns from 1995 to 1998. After graduating in 2000 and receiving a degree in Kinesiology,
Coach Scott is married to Geminesse with five daughters: Taylor, Khali, Erynn-Grace, Averee, and Kynsley.

KWAMECAVIL
VP PERFORMANCE
Kwame Cavil is a former NFL wide receiver of the Buffalo Bills. He played collegiately at the University of Texas, where he was a 3-year starter. He broke a school record his Junior year by recording 100 receptions in a single season. After spending three years at Texas and earning First-Team All-Big12 Honors as a Junior, Kwame declared for the NFL Draft.
He spent his rookie year with the Buffalo Bills, before taking a year away from professional football. He returned to professional football in 2002 with the Canadian Football League. Kwame spent the next five years in the CFL, where he was an all-star in 2004 and a champion in 2005. He retired after the 2006 season and turned into a coach.
Cavil as deep roots as a Texas high School Head Coach known for his leadership, mentor/coach ability and elite wide receiver development both on the field and mindset.
Kwame is the founder of Clutchtime Sports and Texas Premier Football Camp hosted by Longhorn Legends every year for almost 2 decades in Austin Texas.

As Vice President, Partner Alliances, Rita forms relationships with corporations, foundations and other nonprofits designing mutual solutions building bridges of opportunity.
Rita currently leads the workforce development initiative uniting community and corporate stakeholders to provide resources for LTAC students that prepare them for college, career or military service, often conducted with our partners.
Her career in marketing, communications, community engagement, and client delivery spans the professional services, education programs, and nonprofit industries. This includes 13 years in area marketing and as the Americas Director of Community Engagement for EY (Ernst & Young).
​
Rita held her first community fundraiser at the age of six, and has sat on nonprofit boards since she was 23. She is also the founder of an NFL player comedy show raising money for charity. Rita’s son is her pride and joy.

Dennis has driven success for early and mid stage corporations like Dell as a GM and VP eventually managing $1B in P&L from the US to EMEA. He was a part of the executive team that enabled explosive growth for Dell and is highly experienced in the adaptability required of small and mid stage companies to become large corporations.
Dennis provides guidance on employee and management structure, workplace process improvement and implementing new strategies to improve efficiency and communication to ensure alignment with the CEO's desired end state.
Responsible for the overall development of the Corporate line of business. Dennis integrates our unique approach to creating common leadership language and development with executive coaching and mentoring modeled on methodolgies of the Fortune 100 corporations.
