Gunnery Sergeant (Gunny) McDade provides invaluable battlefield and real world experience in developing leaders through mentoring, coaching, public speaking and helping drive the overall strategic direction of our Instructor Corps, curriculum, and program development.
From 1999-2017 Gunny McDade served as an Infantryman, Infantry Squad Leader, Platoon Sergeant, Company Gunny, Drill Instructor, Senior Drill Instructor, Chief Drill Instructor, and DI School Instructor at both Marine Corps Recruit Depots.
He brings unique perspectives on the challenges of Low Socio Economic families and our youth having grown up and endured extreme hardship in Fort Worth's Como and Houston's Third Ward neighborhoods making him a perfect mentor in overcoming adversity and developing mental resilience.
Married with 10 children, McDade continues to dedicate himself to the mission of building elite citizens in his own home as well as students in our program.
A graduate of Fort Worth ISD, and one of the most decorated Marines in the last 20 years, then Sergeant McDade was awarded the Navy Cross for extraordinary heroism for actions on the night of November 11, 2004, during the Second Battle of Fallujah, where McDade was a machine gun squad leader pinned down by small arms and machine gun fire in an alley.

DENNIS BELL
SVP & Managing Director Corporate Leadership
Responsible for the overall development of the Corporate line of business. Dennis integrates our unique approach to creating common leadership language and development with executive coaching and mentoring relevant to our clients' business problems and processes with his experience in driving success in the Fortune 100 and Startup environments.
Previously, Dennis has driven success for early and mid stage corporations like Dell as a GM and VP eventually managing $1B in P&L from the US to EMEA. He was a part of the executive team that enabled explosive growth for Dell and is highly experienced in the adaptability required of small and mid stage companies to become large corporations.

THOMAS DUNAWAY
Performance, Military Liaison, Major
United States Marine Corps
Tommy advises on product development for the Center's performance group including design for mobility, injury prevention as well as strength & conditioning. All concepts he has implemented with athletes and in war zones with his Marines.
Serving as a U.S. Marine enlisting in 1996, commissioned a 2d Lieutenant in 2003 Major Dunaway is currently serving with 2d LAAD Bn.
In 2005, while serving as a Platoon Commander in Operation Iraqi Freedom then 1st LT Dunaway received the Naval Achievement Medal with V device for Valor.
Married with 3 children, Major Dunaway holds a Bachelor's of Arts from University of South C Master of Science from Webster University, Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University, and a Master of Military Art and Science from the Army Command and General Staff College.

LaDainian is known for his own character and leadership and is the driving force behind the vision to change lives in several sectors including K12, Higher Education, Professional Sports and the Corporate space to align with his signature social platform, TeamAmerica.org, launched during his Pro Football Hall of Fame induction in 2017.
Married and father of 2, LaDainian continues his quest to leave a greater legacy than being known as an athlete by serving on several boards, As an executive with the LA Chargers for Community Engagement, and NFL Network Analyst.

JOHN RAMOS Ph.D.
Senior Vice President
John leads the Center's Secondary Education practice includes product management, development, and strategy.
As Superintendent of Schools, John has led innovatve intiatives to answer complex problems for students in poverty stricken schools. He was one of the first to create a community-wide broadband to deliver equitable access to education for his entire district both in school and at home.
He was also the first superintendent to work with the Tomlinson Center in its design of the DAEP solution which has yielded double digit growth in attendance and reduction in recidivism in these most challenged students.

DEMETRIUS MCCRAINEY
Senior Leadership Coordinator
(Drill Instructor, USMC Veteran)
Ensures scope and alignment of all programs with Corporate Goals and delivery to Tomlinson Center Clients via Instructors and Strategic Partners.
Previous experience includes 8 years as a US Marine and Operation Enduring Freedom Veteran. Sgt McCrainey was selected to attend Officer Candidate School through the Marine Corps' highly selective Marine Corps Enlisted Commissioning Program open only to the most outstanding enlisted Marines for their performance, conduct, and leadership.

KELLY CABANA
Technology Delivery & Design
Kelly is a digital rock star experienced in automation and digital engagement with our client delivery platforms.
Medical school sharpened Kelly's visual communication skills, but when combined with my artistic side, web and graphic design have also developed as handy digital marketing tools.
Her unique experience as a Mid American Conference Softball Champion Student-Athlete and Corporate Leader brings unique perspective to the product design of our client delivery systems with a keen understanding they are core business applications and experiences for our broad user base.
CLIFF DEAN
CoFounder, COO
Responsible for all operations ensuring success and expansion with our strategic partners and stakeholders in accordance with the Chairman/CEO's vision.
Previously he has served as an executive with roles ranging from Key Accounts to Vice President and Territory Director. This experience spans the Fortune 500 including management consultants MasterCard Advisors, Corporate Executive Board (Gartner), and in enterprise software at Lexmark and IBM's top partner.
His experience also includes startup environments in information security, data center, software/application development. He grew up in West and East Texas farming and service as a U.S. Marine with 1/5, 1/7, G3 TRT, and 31st MEU(SOC)
