What Are My Next Steps?

Your LT Instructor (LTI) will work with you on the following steps, but you can get ahead if you're an overachiever!

1. Intro Students

Our program creates councile for each Grade and mentors all of them together to implement consistent processes throughout.

Select approximately 6 Members from each Grade 9-12

2. Build Squads

Each assistant coach adds their kids to their squad. These are accountability squads, made up of leaders, candidates, and Captains.

They can be designed by Position Groups, Grade, Teams, whatever fits into your vision.

Squad Size: Typically 8-12
Assign 1 Assistant Coach
Assign atleast 1 leadership council member

NOTE: You can add more than 1 Leadership Council member. When this is the case its good to pair a Captain with 1 Leadership Council Member, or Senior with Underclassman etc.

3. Add Students

Schedule all assistant coaches for PD

THis includes Middle School

Guidelines: This can be conducted remote but we must have the coaches' undivided attention for its success.

They will need their mobile device and laptop/tablet

4. Earn Rewards

Work with your TLI to schedule the weekly sessions onsite/virtual.

And remember, we stay engaged at any moment when school goes virtual. We do not stop! The mission requires it
