Married and father of 2, LaDainian continues his quest to leave a greater legacy than being known as an athlete by serving on several boards, As an executive with the LA Chargers for Community Engagement, and NFL Network Analyst.

ALBERTSONS
Cliff guides the company operations, communicating with board members other company executives and ensuring decisions that impact the company’s brand identity and financial health are in alignment with the Chairman's vision.
Previously he has served as an executive with roles ranging from Key Accounts to Vice President and Territory Director. This experience spans the Fortune 500 including management consultants MasterCard Advisors, Corporate Executive Board (Gartner), and in enterprise software at Lexmark and IBM's top partner.
His experience also includes startup environments in information security, data center, software/application development. He grew up in West and East Texas farming and service as a U.S. Marine with 1st and 3d Marine Divisions.

DENNISBELL
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Dennis has driven success for early and mid stage corporations like Dell as a GM and VP eventually managing $1B in P&L from the US to EMEA. He was a part of the executive team that enabled explosive growth for Dell and is highly experienced in the adaptability required of small and mid stage companies to become large corporations.
Dennis provides guidance on employee and management structure, workplace process improvement and implementing new strategies to improve efficiency and communication to ensure alignment with the CEO's desired end state.
Responsible for the overall development of the Corporate line of business. Dennis integrates our unique approach to creating common leadership language and development with executive coaching and mentoring modeled on methodolgies of the Fortune 100 corporations.

CLAYTONPIPPENGER
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Clayton aligns the technology roadmap with business strategy, instituting processes and technologies in the software development lifecycle that support development operations initiatives. Fostering innovation, his team combines unique architecture with team enthusiasm for developing technical solutions that improve the processes of our clients.
A technology group leader with over thirty-five years of experience in the technology sector ranging from
retail, application development, management, and hard work enabling company and product success.
Clayton has founded, designed, built, and improved technology over 35 years that is still adopted today with over 2 million users on his platforms.

JOHNRAMOS Ph.D.
VP MANAGING DIRECTOR EDUCATION PRACTICE
John leads the Center's Education practice includes product management, development, research and data analysis.
As Superintendent of Schools, John has led innovatve intiatives to answer complex problems for students in poverty stricken schools. He was one of the first to create a community-wide broadband to deliver equitable access to education for his entire district both in school and at home.
He was also the first superintendent to work with the Tomlinson Center in its design of the DAEP solution which has yielded double digit growth in attendance and reduction in recidivism in these most challenged students.

AUBREYMCDADE JR.
VP MANAGING DIRECTOR HUMAN PERFORMANCE
Aubrey provides invaluable battlefield and real world experience in developing leaders through mentoring, coaching, public speaking and helping drive the overall strategic direction of our Instructor Corps, curriculum, and program development.
He brings unique perspectives on the challenges of Low Socio Economic families and our youth having grown up and endured extreme hardship in Fort Worth's Como and Houston's Third Ward neighborhoods making him a perfect mentor in overcoming adversity and developing mental resilience.
Married with 10 children, McDade continues to dedicate himself to the mission of building elite citizens in his own home as well as students in our program.
A graduate of Fort Worth ISD, and one of the most decorated Marines in the last 20 years, then Sergeant McDade was awarded the Navy Cross for extraordinary heroism for actions on the night of November 11, 2004, during the Second Battle of Fallujah.

Serving as a U.S. Marine enlisting in 1996, commissioned a 2d Lieutenant in 2003 Major Dunaway is currently serving with 2d LAAD Bn.
In 2005, while serving as a Platoon Commander in Operation Iraqi Freedom then 1st LT Dunaway received the Naval Achievement Medal with V device for Valor.
Married with 4 children, Major Dunaway holds a Bachelor's of Arts from University of South C Master of Science from Webster University, Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University, and a Master of Military Art and Science from the Army Command and General Staff College.

Malik is an LTAC Alumnit with a unique vantage point on what is possible through the program. He is the first alumnus hired by LaDainian Tomlinson in 2022 to lead the development and awareness efforts for the program.
